We are a non-profit organization dedicated to research, validation, certification, and promotion of the DISC Methodology

DISC is a behavioral language and assessment tool that categorizes four aspects of behavior: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance, to improve work productivity, teamwork, and communication.

DISC helps recognize and understand personal behavioral styles. It is key to effective communication, personal development, and building stronger, more understanding relationships.

Used in both personal growth and professional development. It improves self-awareness, enhances team dynamics, helps in conflict resolution, and strengthens interpersonal relationships.

DISC Origins
William Moulton Marston was a renowned psychologist, inventor, and comic book writer, known for creating the Wonder Woman character. He held a doctorate in Psychology from Harvard and was a professor at American University. His diverse career reflected his interest in understanding and representing human behavior.
Marston developed the DISC theory in the 1920s, focusing on four primary emotions and associated behavioral responses.
His work emphasized understanding emotional behavior to better manage people and relationships, laying the foundation for modern DISC assessments used in various sectors today.
DISC Methodology
In the workplace, DISC is a valuable compass for managers and teams. It allows leaders to adapt their management strategies to the individual styles of their collaborators. Additionally, it fosters a more harmonious and productive work environment.
For individuals, the self-awareness provided by DISC is fundamental for personal growth, helping to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and how to interact effectively with others.
The applicability of the DISC methodology extends beyond corporate boundaries.
In the field of coaching and personal development, it offers deep insights that guide individuals in improving their interpersonal relationships.
