DISC Language Expert

The Bronze Seal is the entry level. This level is not certified, but has a recognition diploma with a Bronze Seal. The Bronze level is essential to obtain the Silver certification. Many courses taught by recognized centers offer the Bronze and Silver Seal in the same course.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 teaching hours
  • Be taught by a Gold certified or higher, or a Silver Certificate holder under the mentorship of a Gold Certified
  • Pass the Institute's online exam (30-day deadline)
  • Have paid the examination rights fees

Silver Seal

Certified DISC Behavioral Analyst

The Silver certification level allows the person to professionally apply the DISC methodology in the personal and family environment, giving them the necessary tools for interpreting reports and accompaniment work.

Requirements

  • Have the Bronze certificate or that the present course contains the content of the Bronze course
  • A minimum of 8 teaching hours or 16 teaching hours if it includes the content of the Bronze course
  • Be taught by a Gold certified or higher
  • Pass the Institute's online exam (30-day deadline)
  • Have paid the examination rights fees
  • The Institute reserves the right to validate certifications every 3 years

Gold Seal

Certified Gold DISC Analyst

A Gold Level Certification from the International DISC Institute signifies advanced expertise in DISC theory and practice. This prestigious credential highlights extensive experience in client feedback and the ability to train others in bronze and silver DISC levels. Gold certified individuals also serve as mentors, guiding their peers in the effective understanding and application of DISC principles.

Requirements

  • The Gold Certification applicant must have a Gold or higher Mentor who supervises the certification process
  • Have obtained at least 50 Feedback Badges (FEB)
  • Have obtained at least 80 Teaching Badges (TEB)
  • Have obtained at least 12 Training Badges (TRB)
  • Pass the Institute's online exam (60-day deadline)
  • Have paid the examination rights fees
  • The first year of the Gold Certification subscription is included in the examination rights fees (no annual fee during the first year)
  • The Institute reserves the right to validate certifications every 3 years

What does it qualify for?

  • Use of the "Endorsed by Interdisc" seal in any course of any subject even if different from DISC but containing elements of the DISC methodology without prior approval (does not grant InterDISC certificate to participants)
  • Teach Silver level certification courses
  • Receive the metal "Gold Badge"

  • Have completed the Gold Level

Badges

Advance in your DISC certification

To obtain Gold level and higher DISC certifications, you must acquire the number of badges indicated in each certification level.

Insignia de Feedback

Feedback Badges

For every hour you spend providing feedback to an assessee on their report, explaining report results or DISC results such as job profiles or group charts or others (such as HR department clients), you earn a badge. In other words, 1 hour equals 1 badge.

Teaching Badges

For every hour you spend teaching the DISC methodology to others, whether in specific DISC courses (such as Bronze level), specific DISC modules within other courses, or in DISC-based courses (where DISC is a key element), such as a DISC-based sales course, you earn 1 badge if the course or module is specifically about DISC, and half a badge if DISC is a key element but not the central theme of the course.

Each hour of training you receive specifically on DISC topics or their application to different areas equals 1 badge. For every 10 hours of training received that facilitates the application of DISC, such as training in coaching, communication, team building, feedback, etc., you earn 1 badge.
